This is a consistently observed theme among new venture backed or earlier stage technology companies, with many exceptions.   Over 60% of Xtra Effort’s 20,000+ candidate pool has more than 8 years experience, and we certainly don’t want to alienate them. Xtra Effort has been receiving multiple new hiring requirements for Sales, Inside Sales, Technical Consultants, and Sales Engineers from technology companies of several varieties. 

Single Sign On, enterprise compliance, data storage, and analytics related to call centers and insurance operations are MOST hot. 

Service and technology companies that are part of the Microsoft Sharepoint ecosystem seem to be experiencing considerable growth and require more personnel.

Our clients are HUNGRY for qualified talent, but often still insist on very exact candidate profiles relative to location, career stability, subject matter experience, compensation, tenure, and travel tolerance.
