Kelley brings over 30 years of experience in strategic communications, supporting high-level global health programs and infrastructure projects. Her expertise includes internal communications, talent acquisition, and employee success. Her career has included international work across Africa and Southwest Asia, focused on programming and employee engagement. At Xtra Effort, she focuses on driving the recruiting pipeline for mission-driven clients, bridging her work in communications and staff engagement.
Kelley is a University of Maryland alumna. She lives in Bethesda, Maryland, with her husband, Brian, and their three children: Andrew, Brooke, and Caroline.
She stays active through ice hockey, tennis, skiing, snorkeling, and hiking, and enjoys long days on the beach. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching Caroline play lacrosse at Drexel University.
