Talk about customer service and quality client-vendor relations

Xtra Effort’s Applicant Tracking Software (SaaS) had a hiccup yesterday. As we all know, a SaaS hiccup with mission critical software (i.e., runs your business) will freeze your productivity. Despite our frustration, it was terrific to have our vendor’s service organization send an email explaining why/when; and then have the CEO return my email with a phone call with further explanation and an inquiry as to how else they can improve in functionality and service.

My loyalty to them just increased 3x!
