Mixed Signals: we frequently receive requests for candidates but also have seen an increase in employers freezing requirements until 2014, or until the position’s scope can be better defined
People are busy: both hiring managers and candidates have very little time for phone dialog; perhaps email, texting and social media are truly becoming the preferred medium for efficient communication.
